Hi, I’m Syreeta, a DONA-certified birth doula serving families across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. for over four years. I’m also working toward my certification as a postpartum doula to continue supporting families beyond birth.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting women through natural, medicated, and cesarean births; each one unique, powerful, and deeply personal.

I became a doula to help women feel confident using their voice and making decisions that reflect the birth experience they want. Advocacy is an important part of my work, especially in healthcare settings where it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure of what to ask.

My approach is centered on meeting you where you are. I help you navigate your options so you can make decisions that feel right for you, while creating a space where you feel grounded, supported, and present throughout birth and postpartum.

Whether it’s your first or fourth baby, I’m here to offer steady guidance, hands-on support, and a consistent presence so you can move through this experience feeling prepared, respected, and confident.
