This service is designed to ensure you feel informed, supported, and grounded throughout your birth experience—whether you are planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, or VBAC. ✦ 2-3 prenatal visits – to discuss your preferences, prepare for labor, and build your birth plan ✦ Continuous labor support from active labor through birth (on-call + in-person) ✦ Evidence-based comfort measures, positioning, and coping strategies ✦ Emotional support and advocacy throughout labor ✦ Partner support and guidance so they feel confident and included ✦ Immediate postpartum support to assist with bonding and early feeding
