Postpartum support offers an extra set of hands—and a calm presence—as you get to know your baby and find your rhythm as a family. ✦ Free consultation – A thoughtful conversation to explore your needs and see how I can best support your postpartum journey. ✦ Daytime support – Help with newborn care, light household tasks, feeding support, and time for you to rest, shower, or just take a breath. ✦ Overnight care – Gentle, attentive care through the night so you can get the sleep you need to recover and recharge. ✦ Evidence-based newborn care – Practical guidance for soothing, feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and understanding your baby’s cues. ✦ Emotional wellness support – A listening ear, reassurance, and encouragement as you navigate the early weeks. ✦ Flexible scheduling – Available for one-time visits or regular support, based on what works best for your family. Rates • Daytime hourly (singleton): $25–$35 (4 - 6 hours per visit) • Overnight hourly (singleton): $30–$40 (Minimum 8 hours per shift) • 24-hour care: $550–$750 You don’t have to do this alone—and you were never meant to.
